This is a rewrite of Jurassic World where Lockwood built it. It takes place in 2018, 25 years since the original incident. Jurassic Park is a success but is eventually going to face the wrath of a cataclysmic effect that will change Isla Nublar forever: the eruption of Mt Sibo.
It was mid-morning on Isla Nublar. The sun shone brightly on the sea, as gentle lapping waves bobbed up and down in the wind. Near a clearing in the jungle, a massive animal cleared the way. Its long neck high above the branches of the tree canopy. Its whip-like tail swung behind it with great precision, and the creature bellowed. It moved through the clearing and towards a river. Drinking around the waters were several other animals. A second type of long-necked creature but with a small ridge of spikes down the spine. Several oddly-crested ones honked at the riverbank, and a large flock of Ostrich-like creatures meandered through the uneven terrain. Despite what it seems, these animals were actually within a secure enclosure, protected by thirty-foot high electric fences, and several watchtowers. Then, there was a massive arched gateway with the words Jurassic Park engraved into the stone. Beside them stood Benjamin Lockwood. An old man with an amber cane, and also the founder of this park. Thanks to him, these creatures, dinosaurs, were once again roaming the earth. One employee ran over to him. "Mr Lockwood!"
Lockwood slowly turned around smiling. In his charming elderly way, he said "Ah Geoffrey. Didn't expect to see you this far south!"
"Well, my main station is the Maintenance, sir. Speaking of which, we have a problem!"
"That being?" Lockwood asked curiously. "Another Pachycephalosaur outside its paddock? Segisaurs burrowing in the western ridge again?"
"One of the Diplodocids got their head stuck in a fence. We needed to let you know. Sir." Geoffrey stared down at his computer screen. He pointed out the location on the electrical map.
"Those Goddamn juveniles are always getting their heads stuck. Send a security team out there before the predators get to it."
"Yes Sir!" Geoffrey said, and ran towards the main complex. Lockwood looked out at the landscape in front of him. Hammonds dream, this was. However, little did anyone know that amongst the peace and serenity of the park, something lurked deeper. It was only a matter of time...
