Now he's a koba wannabe
Not a glow up in the slightest
It was a joke on sam niel's part because filming was taking a long time
Thats not important to the story
Thats not important to the story
Thats actively hurting the story
Thats actively hurting the story
The jurassic world t.rex's origins is useless if it doesn't inform us of something about the present
That kind of helps the story but only because its also in the original prolouge
But the t.rex's backstory has lost its relevance in setting up the giganotosaurus and the triceratops does not affect dominion's plot
This prolouge actively hurts the story because if you slap it onto the movie it adds nothing and just wastes time. Whereas the prolouge we got serves the plot
What does this prolouge set up then? The fact that 65 million years ago dinosaurs existed? Without the fight its completely lost its relevance. Which ironically proves how you need to bend accuracy to tell a good story
Ah yes establish the rivalry between t.rex and giganotosaurus with the triceratops killing rexy's ancestor, nicely done.
Wiki will know who was Burecrat... And what Dinosaurus1 did for us.
You did have to ask
Yeah, You thought their was a chance it was real though?
"And when camp cretaceous was coming out you see, they released these books. Their cover showed scenes from the upcoming season, we were all dying to see the next cover. Even though not one of us actually gave a damn about the books themselves, now dominion on the other hand..."
"Its a whole lot bigger than just an island, and dinosaurs aren't the only draw anymore..."
Last year jurassic park had its 30th anniversary, and universal pictures has every intention of marking the occaison by charting out the next 10 years of jurassic films. When asked in a recent interview Marshall has said "I can't reveal evreything, but we hope to honor evreything micheal chricton ever made, and introduce it to a new generation"
Thats right! Universal plans to create a Chrictonverse, where Congo, Westworld, Jurassic Park and so much more coexists and crosses over. Much like the MCU.
And for celebration of this news rumors of a Jurassic World Fortnite pack featuring Owen Grady, Claire Dearing, John Hammond and Blue as new playable skins. As well as countless other Jurassic-themed weapons and locations.
But thats not the only good news, because we have some juicy plot details about Gareth Edward's Jurassic City. Spoilers below!
The movie which takes place in 2014 focuses on Sanjay Santos a renowend smuggler and his daughter a young Soyona Santos. One day their hired by a shady corporation known as biosyn to transport a cargoship full of dinosaurs from costa rica to the dolomites, however after a storm blows them off course the dinosaurs break free in san fransisco and sanjay needs to get his daughter out of their before its the end of them.
The dinosaurs are closer in apearance to that of life on our planet then dominion, theirs a resemblance to the jurassic world dinosaurs if you look hard enough. But for the most part their new more scientifically inspired creatures. Some highlights include a corythosaurus fighting off a pack of deinoncyhus, a scene where our protagonists have to hide in a retail store from a juvenile carnotaurus, a whimsical scene with some brachiosaurus and einiosaurus. And finally the long anticipated return of the spinosaurus.
But the most exciting part of the movie is the end...where after Sanjay's tragic death Soyona is escorted into a military helicopter in an emergency evacuation as she escape from the spinosaurus, the great beast sinks its jaws into the skids of the helicopter, with soyona using every trick she's learnt on her journey to fight it off...when the water behind them explodes! And a huge shadow rises from the sea dwarfing that of even the spinosaurus, the shadow of not just a beast but a god.
Thats right! We slowly pan up to see none other than monsterverse godzilla roaring at the spinosaurus! To celebrate godzilla's upcoming 70th anniversary, universal has decided to combine the monsterverse and the jurassic franchise. Combining dinosaur movies of old and new, such crossover potential was why Universal made the decision to give it the vauge title of 'the monsterverse' rather than anything binding them to kaiju specifically.
Universal's cooperation means that the monsterverse character can officially be given the name king kong, and we are currently in negotiation for pacific rim to join the chricton/monsterverse.
Yeah but considering just how much they emphasize the giga's size in dominion, I feel like that wasn't the intent of the writers
I think the giganotosaurus is a good final antagonist for the series, since its the biggest (at least thats my interpretation). I think that if the indominus rex was fully grown it would have grown to the size of the giganotosaurus.
Jp, JWD, JWFK
He was in isla nublar with my mother when she was studying dinosaurs before she died
Considering how transformers is reluctant to reboot the franchise after the almost universally hated micheal bay films were panned AND performed poorly financially as they went on, because they used to make billions. I seriously doubt that universal would throw away the much more respected jurassic world trilogy that made three billion dollar movies in a row.
They mightn't put the JW trilogy on a pedestal or anything, just use it as a jumping off point to explore an adventure with dinosaurs in the mainland.
Tarbo should have looked like this
100% agreed, FK is about blue's parental relationship with owen how they still care for each other but ultimately are doomed to be apart. Dominion is about rexy, our old veteran taken to paradise where she has to beat a cocky new rival who is on the verge of killing her, and how ultimately through willpower and intelligence she prevails
Replicas of charollete's spine I imagine
