Sorry for the delay. I was busy preparing for the Lunar New Year with my family these days.
If you are interested in the story, you could ask for a ping. If feeling the pings annoying or no more interested in the story, you could ask for an unping. I wouldn't mind that.

Dodgson keeps standing there for a while to see the beast getting back to sleep.
"So, when will these cargos arrive?" - He askes Santos.
"Well... Supposed to be three days. But due to the storm out there, it will take about a week." - She replies.
"Well... I'm not a really patient person so... If the cargos arrive in three days, you can have double the money I promised."
"Still not worth risking." - Santos determinedly replies.
Dodgson stands there for a while, thinking. - "Well, I have a better deal. If the cargos could arrive in three days, not just double the money I promised, but I will offer you a special research of our... The genetic material of a species you always wanted."
"Is that..."
"Asset 93, the Giganotosaurus." - Dodgson interrupts. - "Most valuable prehistoric creature of our valley."
Santos stands there, thinking a bit. - "Well... In that case... I need time to think about that..."
"Well, well, well. I think I can't." - Dodgson interrupts. - "I don't think the cargos will arrive on time if you need your "time" so... You want the Giga or not?"
"Okay, okay." - Santos replies, and then turns at Brock. - "What is the soonest time these cargos can be loaded onto the truck?"
"About ten this evening. And will arrive at the harbour in Marseille next morning at seven."
"Then hurry up. I will be here at that time to check. If you didn't get the work done then prepare to get fired. " - She says.
"Okay..." - Brock replies and goes away.
Santos turns to Dodgson. - "Well... You heard that?"
Dodgson nods his head. - "Okay, okay... I hope this transaction will be successful. So... goodbye. No need to see off."
"Bye." - Santos says, and then stands still for a while to witness Dodgson leaving to the elevator.
"Uhh... Santos." - Brooklyn's voice echoed from behind, making Santos turn back.
"Well... Is there a bathroom here? Can I use it?" - She askes.
"Oh, of course. Right there." - Santos replies, and then points at a corner of the warehouse.
"Okay, thanks." - Brooklyn says, and then runs quickly to the place.
Right after getting into the restroom, Brooklyn looks around, and then takes out her phone. As the screen is turned on, the name "Gwen" appears.
"I will send you the location. Come to this coordinates at five to ten this evening and wait for me outside the petrol station." - She texts and sends the messenge to Gwen, with her current GPS coordinates. Then, she puts her phone back into the pocket and steps out.
From the inside of the petrol station, Brooklyn and Santos walks out to their van. After boarding on the vehicle, Brooklyn pats Santos' shoulder.
"I have a question. Why was this warehouse here in Paris suburban, while the harbour was in Marseille? Doesn't it just make the transportation take longer?" - She askes.
"That's all for safety." - Santos replies. - "The more complex the trafficking ring is, the harder to take it down."
Then, she looks at the driver. - "We can go now."
The van starts moving on the suburban street, and then Santos points at a hoop building the moment they goes through it, drawing Brooklyn's attention.
"Right there, is a cattle barns. Of course, for disguise." - She says. - "This night, a ramp connecting it will be opened for four container trucks, disguised as trucks of the Department Of Fish and Wildlife to go out."
Brooklyn looks at the building concentrately, until it is left behind.

In a beautiful evening, a chipmunk is chewing an acorn, as suddenly from behind, two long and slim legs rush at it from behind, and two slim jaws land on its neck, dragging the animal on the ground. The attacker reveals itself a Compsognathus, constantly biting the neck of the chipmunk who is screaming. After several attempts, the cry finally stops. The Compy makes a chirp, calling other two of its species to come and share food.
In Darius' cabin near there, the door opens and Darius steps out. He looks at the table in front of the house in sadness. He sits there, thinking, and then takes out the phone in his pocket, right at the time it rings. That's a phone call, with the name "Ben" appears on it. Darius picks it up.
"Hello, Darius. How was it?" - Ben askes from the order end of the line.
"Fine." - Darius replies.
"Well. I have something to tell-"
"I also have something to talk with you." - Darius interrupts. - "Gather the others too."
"Do you think... Kenji will accept to come?" - Ben says in afraid.
Darius turns silent for bit. - "Don't call him, we will meet him, together."
"Alright. How about we meet at Sammy's ranch? Yaz and Mateo are also there."
"Okay." - Darius replies, and then hangs up the phone.
Paris, France
The sky has been darkened, and the familiar black van stops in front of an abandoned petrol station. The door opens, letting Brooklyn and Santos go inside the building.
When they steps out of the elevator to the underground facility, it is almost empty. Not far from there, Brock walks toward them,
"How was the work, Brock?" - Santos askes.
"Well... Already done." - He replies.
Santos looks around, locking her eyes at two crates that wasn't brought to the trucks yet. Then, she looks at Brock, who is in afraid.
"Well... I mean... Almost done." - He says.
"Okay, okay. Just a few minutes is not anything serious... I forgive you this time." - Santos replies.
Brooklyn looks at one of the crate. She regconises it from the slim body, a Velociraptor. White, with various black spots on its body. It turns its head toward her, giving a glance. She notices its scary eye: Almost no pupil. Her body freezes unconsciously with those creepy eyes staring at her.
"Hey." - A pat on her shoulder from Santos gets her back to the reality. - "Is everything okay?"
"Well... Okay." - She replies. - "I'd like to use the restroom."
"Okay." - Santos replies, and then Brooklyn runs quickly to the room.
Brooklyn takes out her phone. It's five to ten already, and a new messenge pops up, from Gwen. - "Already arrived. Where are you?"
"Wait me about ten more minutes, I will appear." - Brooklyn replies, and then puts her phone back into the pocket. Suddenly, she hears some loud noise outside. He steps out to witness an unbelievable scene: A part of the warehouse's roof is lowering, revealing itself as a ramp in disguise, leading to the another facility above. Santos is standing there to observe the progress. That's good, Brooklyn thinks. She sneakily walks to the elevator. She presses a button to open the door and goes inside, when suddenly she hears a familiar, chilling sound, a long whistle sound.
She turns back, seeing a familiar shape. Thin with a pale white skin tone, and short hair: The Raptors handler, Helen, with four other shadows behind.
"Are you... a ghost... or a human being?" - She askes.
"I think the second option." - A familiar voice echoes. It's Santos, walking toward the scene. - "You really think I will kill someone that important to keep by my side, huh? But where do you think you are going?"
Brooklyn freezes for a while, when Helen picks up her whistle, making a long series of short noises. Brooklyn knows what is this for, constantly pressing the button to close the door. Panthera rushes at the door, crashing at it and makes the bulletproof glass cracks, but she also falls to the impact, laying on the floor.
The elevator moves up, as Tiger looks up. She rushes forward and takes the momentum to make a high jump, crashing at the door right at the crack from the previous attack. Her head blows a hole through the door, shattering the glass into pieces. It roars at Brooklyn, when suddenly its head hits a steel beam, knocking it off the elevator. Ghost and Red come, roaring at the two and looks up at Brooklyn. She picks up a glass fragment on the floor.
In Halminton's office, he is working on the computer when suddenly, he hears a sound from behind.
"Oh, Santos. You were here. How was the thing under there?" - He says while turning back and walking toward the elevator.
The doors open, but greeting him, is a sharp, lethal piece of glass, put to his throat. His body freezes.
"You have the key of this room right?" - Brooklyn, inside the elevator, askes.
"Y...y...y...yes." - He replies in nervous.
"Open the door."
"Well... Can you lower the weapon?"
Brooklyn thinks for a while, and decides to lower the glass fragment to his chest. - "You're still in a deadly situation, just reminding." - She says, while stepping forward, forcing Halminton to step back to his deck.
He grabs the key on the desk, and runs straight to the door. He plugs it in the lock, while still having the sharp glass fragment on his neck. After a while, he manages to open it eventually.
Right at that moment, Brooklyn runs out of the room. She turns back, looking at a scared Halminton. Suddenly, something is thrown right under Halminton, scaring him.
"Take that as a keepsake." - Brooklyn says, after throwing the glass fragment at Halminton, and then runs away.
"How was everything?" - Gwen, outside on her motorbike, askes as she see Brooklyn coming out.
"It's alright." - Brooklyn says, and then takes a look at the trucks not so far from there. They've all left the facility. - "Follow the trucks. Let's go."
Brooklyn gets on the motorbike, putting on her helmet. Then, for a sudden moment, Gwen quickly accelerates the motorbike, and soon they keep up with the trucks.
"How long do we need to follow them?" - Gwen askes.
"Uh... To the harbour in Marseille... Nine hours I think." - Brooklyn replies.
"Nine hours??? Are you crazy???"
"Well... I have another plan. Come closer."
Listening to that, Gwen accelerates the motorbike again, coming closer to the truck. Brooklyn, on the other hand, takes off her helmet and holds it on her hand.
"Hold the handles steadily. Keep balance, and maintain the distance." - She says to Gwen.
"Okay."
"I'm ready... Three.... Two..." - Brooklyn holds the helmet tight. - "One!"
For a sudden moment, the helmet flies through the motorbike toward the truck, and hit the lock on the crate, unlocking it.
"Great! We did it!" - Brooklyn yells in excitement.
"Amazing Brooklyn!" - Gwen yells, as suddenly another noise echoes from the side. - "Ahh!" - She is terrified when next to her, is a white Atrociraptor, roaring. It is chasing them, and attempting to take down the motorbike.
"What should we do now?" - She askes Brooklyn, in panic.
"Hurry up! Get into the crate!"
Gwen holds the throttle tight and turns it hard, accelerating the motorbike. And for a sudden moment, the motorbike is sent flying right into the crate. It crashes on the ground, making them fall on the floor. The motorbike slides off the crate to Ghost's legs, knocking it off the ground. Brooklyn comes to the crate's doors, closing them, and then both lays on the floor.
"That was close." - Gwen says, and then takes a breath in relief.
"Yes... At least, we can rest now." - Brooklyn replies.
Suddenly, they hear a little grunt, and something big moves and curls around them. They recognises it a dinosaur tail.
"What are we being inside with?" - Gwen askes.
Brooklyn looks at a corner of the crate, where she sees the head of the creature, pressed against the wall. She can't recognise it.
"This is... a herbivore right?" - Gwen askes again in nervous.
Suddenly, the dinosaur makes another grunt, and turns it head around. Now, Brooklyn can have a look at it better. Various tiny spikes run down its spikes, a big head in red color, with two small horns over its eyes, and noticeably, one on top of the snout. Unconsciously, the dinosaur yawns, revealing its sharp razor teeth, and then falls back to sleep.
"C... Ceratosaurus..." - Brooklyn says in nervous. - "Carnivore."
"Well..." - Gwen replies nervously. - "In case of this thing awakes... We will take turn to look after it and sleep tonight?"
"Okay."
The truck continues its advance. Inside, the Tyrannosaurus makes its crate rumble with every movements, the Velociraptor keeps tapping its claws on the floor, while small grunts echo from other crates.
Marseille, France
"Hey! Wake up!" - A voice echoes from Brooklyn's left. In unsconscious, she slowly opens her eyes. Everything is blurry in her point of view.
"We arrived!" - That voice speaks again. Now, she can see everything clearer, and no one, but Gwen, is speaking to her.
"Arrived? Where?" - Brooklyn askes, still not completely conscious yet.
"The harbour." - Gwen says. - "What is the plan now?"
"I think... We should hide in this crate until they load it to the ship." - Brooklyn replies.
Suddenly, she hears some noises outside. Brooklyn stands up and steps on the body of the Ceratosaurus to have a look outside, and the harbour entrance is opening.
"The Broker came!" - A male voice echoes outside.
"Well... We should hide now." - Brooklyn tells Gwen.
Santos and Helen walks inside the harbour, and following them, are the menacing raptors.
"Do you remember which crate did they hide in?" - Santos askes.
"The fourth truck. Last crate." - Helen replies.
Santos walks toward the truck. - "Open the crate." - She tells the workers.
Right when the doors open, Helen walks inside, looking around. But except the huge body of the Ceratosaurus, no other thing is found. In disappoiment, she steps out and shakes her head at Santos.
"They mustn't have gone anywhere too far... Look for them all around this place." - Santos tells Helen, and then turns to the workers. - "Keep loading cargos to the ship."
Helen picks up her whistle, making three whistle sounds in succession while turning around. Ghost understands, makes an echo to command other raptors. They walk away in directions around the harbour.
Meanwhile, behind a forklift in the corner, Gwen and Brooklyn is hiding.
"What did she command the raptors to do?" - Gwen askes.
"To look for us, all around this harbour." - Brooklyn replies.
"Is it really safe to hide here?" - Gwen questions in nervous.
"Coming out is also dangerous, let's just... stay h- Ahh!"
A sudden echo from above interrupts Brooklyn. On the top of the forklift, it's Red, looking at them. The raptor jumps at both, but luckily, missed.
"Run!" - Gwen says, and then quickly stands up and runs away, with Brooklyn following.
Red also stands up and starts pursuing them.
They runs across a truck leaving the harbour, and scares the driver. He steps on the brake, and the vehicle slides a bit before crashing Red, slowing it down on the pursuit.
Gwen and Brooklyn both get out of the harbour through the exit. But when they are about to get to the ship, a white shadow rushes at them, stopping in front of them and blocks their path. Ghost stands in front of the girls, roaring at them in bloodthirst. They looks behind, as the other three are also staring at them. The Atrociraptors squad surround them, forcing the two to freeze in fear.
Suddenly, a sound echoes from behind, summoning all the raptors to run back. It's Santos, commanding them to go back with her laser pointer.
Gwen turns back, looking at Santos in surprise. They both stand there, staring at each other for a while.
"Let's go!" - Brooklyn grabs Gwen's hand, getting her back to reality. They stands at the edge of the dockyard, and the ship is already getting away.
"Okay, follow me." - Brooklyn tells Gwen, stomps on the ground, and then poses herself. - "Jump!" - She says, and lunges toward the ship. The jump is successful, with her hand grabbing the deck.
Gwen looks at Brooklyn, who got on the ship. She starts to prepare herself, but some footsteps behind draws her attention. She turns back, as Santos is behind. They stare at each other, again.
"Come on! Hurry up!" - Brooklyn yells, as the ship keeps going further and further.
Gwen turns back, and this time, she makes a successful jump.
"Finally!" - Brooklyn says while pulling her up.
In sunlight of the dawn, the ship slowly gets away, with Santos standing at the dockyard watching. As the ship is far away, she takes out her phone, calling someone.
"Hello?" - She says. - "You remember the plan? It's time to execute."
