The Airfield seen on Isla Nublar was an illegal facility used by Ken Wheatley's team before and during the eruption of Mount Sibo on the island.
Description[]
Its only appearance is in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, probably because it was built after the incident and Claire appeared not to know where it came from by being surprised on the operation that was getting in the island. Also, the airfield don't appear in any of the Jurassic World maps before this film.
It was accompanied by a camp base, which was established there to monitor the operation while at the same time the east pier was used to keep the Arcadia tied. It is located in the south of Isla Nublar, outside the main security fence, not far from the Ferry Landing Station

Arrival at the airfield gives way to the film's main events. The DPG members formed by Claire Dearing, Franklin Webb and Zia Rodriguez next to Owen Grady lands on the island through this runway and there they meet Ken Wheatley's group of mercenaries, who receive them. This place is not seen another time in the film.
