Allison Miles is Dr. Henry Wu's assistant that works in the Jurassic World labs from LEGO Jurassic World: The Secret Exhibit, and the series, LEGO Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar. She is voiced by Bethany Brown. Who also coincidently played an eagle named Eris in the series "The Legend Of Chima", another prominent LEGO theme.
