Amphicyon was made available in the Cenozoic Park of Jurassic World: The Game on April 19, 2017, as a rare non-hybrid cavern. It was promoted to super rare in Update 38.

Amphicyon is unlocked by completing Battle Stage 42. Additional individuals can be purchased in the market for 1400 DNA or found in card packs. As of November 15, 2019, a level 40 Amphicyon can be fused with a level 40 Archaeotherium to create the hybrid Archaeophicyon.
