Boss Decoration Card Packs are earned in Jurassic World: The Game by the completion of a World Boss Event.

Opening a Boss Decoration pack yields 130 VIP Points.
There are many Boss Decorations, each with their own specific pack dedicated to them. They provide coins, food, DNA and cash along with the the advertised decoration.
The event has to be completed before the pack can be obtained. If the World Goal is not met, the pack cannot be earned until the completion of a future event.
