Deinocheirus is a genus of deinocheirid ornithomimosaur theropod dinosaur that lived during the Maastrichtian stage of the Late Cretaceous ago in what is now Mongolia, around 71 to 69 million years. The genus was first discovered and named in 1970 whose fossil found was only its arms.
