Ophiacodon Pages

Ophiacodon is a genus of ophiacodont synapsid that lived during the Pennsylvanian to the Cisuralian stages of the Early Carboniferous to the Early Permian in what is now the United States, around 306 to 208 million years ago. The genus was first discovered and named in 1878.
