The "control room security guard" was a Jurassic World employee charged with admitting or refusing visitors to the park's control room.

Guarding the control room
Numerous times during the Isla Nublar Incident of 2015, he attempted to prevent Owen Grady from entering the control room, but Owen always got past him, shoving him aside. Later, he also attempted to prevent Vic Hoskins from entering, but Hoskins flashed his InGen ID card. When the control room was evacuated later that day, he presumably left alongside the other personnel in the room.
