Deinocheirus was the largest known ornithomimosaur (the group that Gallimimus and Ornithomimus belong to), which lived in Late Cretaceous Mongolia. Its name originates from the first fossils of the animal discovered, which were its large arms. In 2014, more fossils were discovered revealing a hadrosaur-like beak, feather impressions, and a large hump.

Jurassic Park franchise[]
Deinocheirus appeared in the website Jurassic Park Institute on Dinopedia where it takes the appearance of a therizinosaurid instead of having the beak, hump, and feathers.
Behind the Scenes[]
In concept art of potential hybrids for Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, Deinocheirus DNA was used for a hybrid alongside Baryonyx and Concavenator.[1]
