Dravidosaurus (meaning "Dravidanadu lizard") is a dubious genus believed to be a stegosaurian dinosaur that lived in India during the Late Cretaceous period. The remains are often attributed to a plesiosaur, which is the leading theory because stegosaurids died out during the Late Jurassic (it should be noted, however, that Wuerhosaurus is a stegosaur from the Early Cretaceous, so this theory may not stand up).
