Escape is the tenth chapter in the Sixth Configuration. It shows how Kelly helps the group escape from the raptors.

This chapter details how the gang escapes from Isla Sorna. Kelly Curtis faces a Y-junction while leading the gang minus Sarah Harding through tunnels. One tunnel is longer and she believes it leads to the laboratory. She accurately chooses the other left tunnel which takes the the gang to another utility building and they all meet up with Sarah Harding. As she drives to the boathouse via the river, Harding praises Kelly for learning from the graphics in order to know there was much data transmitted and thus finding the service tunnel. Kelly doesn't want to accept that that but Sarah advises Kelly not to dismiss her own accomplishments. They arrive at the boathouse and Richard Levine isn't sure there will be a boat but as Doc Thorne and Harding strike the door, there really is and they can escape after all.
