Eshanosaurus is an extinct genus of coelurosaur theropod dinosaur that lived during the Early Jurassic in what is now China. It is believed to be a therizinosaurian, and if so, the earliest coelurosaur. However, scientists does not believe it is one due to the long chronological gap in those fossil records. It may have been a prosauropod instead, given that it was found below fossils of Lufengosaurus.
Jurassic Park Franchise[]
Eshanosaurus was illustrated by Timothy Bradley in the Dinopedia section of the now defunct Jurassic Park Institute. In its image, it is depicted as a coelurosaur.
