Trivia[]
- At the beginning of the episode, Brooklynn told to herself that Kenji left the campers, which is a callback to Lex's line in Jurassic Park.
- It's unknowned if Kenji knew that a BRAD-X was set to guard the other campers or that the eaties was left trapped by drones but it's likely more sure he didn't knew about it as it would reveal his dads true color.
- Dave and Roxie's new attire when they return to Isla Nublar closely resembles Owen Grady's from Jurassic World and Ellie Sattler's from Jurassic Park, respectively.
- This is the first appearance of Isla Nublar in this season.
- This is also Mae and Brandon's first time visiting Isla Nublar.
- From this point until Clean Break, Kenji is the only camper to return to Isla Nublar.
- Likewise and chronologically, Dave and Roxie are one of the few staff members to return to the island after the events of Jurassic World, after Henry Wu in Whatever It Takes, then followed by Owen and Claire in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
- This episode marks the return of Daniel's penthouse and Hawkes since Season 3.
- Back in the penthouse Kenji remembers how much fun he had with his friends there during the third season and start to doubt if he did right to disown them as they refused to give Daniel a chance. He overcomes it however when Daniel manipulates him again by saying he is proud of him but only to make sure Kenji won't turn against him.
- Kenji gets his first cause to be more suspicious towards his father when he hires his old enemy Hawkes and a group of mercenaries as a security escort, but so far just thinks that his dad is to gullible making it obvious how slow-witted Kenji is about the situation by keep telling himself Daniel is no villain because that not who he wants his own dad to be.
- When Kenji ask Mae how his father could hire a bad guy as Hawkes she answers that Daniel seems to surround himself with many bad guys and ask how it can be so. As Kenji think his father is to gullible Mae answers that it wasn't what she meant. Its possible that Mae truly meant that Daniel is a bad guy himself which she has earlier realized but knows its no use to try convince Kenji about this since he would not believe her as he didn't belive the other campers either.
- As Daniel threatens Mae again to hurt the campers if she not helps him he says it more quit this time to make sure Kenji isn't hearing it as it would make his son realize the truth about him.
- Kenji finding a shedded Stegosaurus backplate is a callback to The Art of Chill from Season 2.
