The Ford Crown Victoria is a sedan manufactured in Canada for the American Ford Motor Company. It is favored by police departments throughout the US and Canada as a patrol car. In San Diego, several 1992 Crown Victorias of the San Diego Police Department, along with an animal control vehicle, responded to the crash of the S.S. Venture and the subsequent rampage of the Tyrannosaur Buck by driving to the InGen Waterfront Complex. Upon rounding a corner, they found themselves face to face with the dinosaur, which roared at them. The police cars hastily reversed direction and fled back the way they'd come.
