Gia is a supporting character in Jurassic World: Chaos Theory. She is Ben Pincus' girlfriend and lives in Northern Italy.

History

Jurassic World: Chaos Theory

Season 1

Ben first mentions her when Yasmina doesn't answer any of Sammy's messages or calls. Sammy is nervous about that, so Ben tries calming her down. She says that he'd do the same thing if he had a girlfriend, and he said he has one but he hasn't done it. Everyone is shocked that he has a girlfriend and acts like they're just happy for him and totally expected him to have one, and he states she lives in Europe.

Ben mentions Gia to Yasmina as a way to relate to Yaz about long distance relationships.

Season 3

After the crash of Barry Sembène's plane near the Swiss-Italian border, Ben suggests that he and his friends go to Gia's house which is only a few hundred miles away. Ben's friends continue to doubt her existence, but agree as there's no better option.

Ben takes the group to Gia's house where his friends discuss wild theories on who will greet them behind the door, only to be shocked when Gia turns out to be real. Ben explains that Gia's a paleontology student and they had met while she was studying abroad at the same university as Ben. Gia is shown to share Ben's beliefs in technology being traceable and several of his personality traits. However, Gia's grandmother Nonna is extremely superstitious, believing that dinosaurs are a curse, otherworldly creatures sent to punish humanity. Gia is visibly exasperated with her grandmother's beliefs, but admits to Ben that she lied to Nonna that she's studying art history as a result. Gia lends Darius and Kenji her car and joins in the search after Bumpy's egg hatches. When Darius and Kenji return following an encounter with a strange dinosaur, Ben finds a red feather in the car grill.

• Gia lives in Northern Italy, close to the Alps, possibly Trentino-Alto Adige or Veneto, the two regions of Italy closest to Biosyn Valley.
