Guaibasaurus is an extinct genus of basal saurischian dinosaur from the Late Triassic in what is now the southern Brazil. It has its own family, the Guaibasauridae.
Most analyses recovered Guaibasaurus is a prosauropod, although there are some suggestions that it was a theropod.

Guaibasaurus is illustrated by Timothy Bradley in the Dinopedia of the Jurassic Park Institute. It is resembles as a theropod rather than a prosauropod, just like some suggestions about Guaibasaurus being a theropod.

Guaibasaurus makes its second appearance in the Jurassic Park franchise as a toy in Jurassic World: Epic Evolution. However, like Jurassic Park Institute, and some suggestions about Guaibasaurus being a theropod, its resembles a theropod rather than a prosauropod.
