In Sierra Nevada, Blue attempts to hunt a rabbit with her offspring Beta, but the small mammal is killed by a solitary wolf. However, the unnamed hunter was targeting the rabbit, but Beta comes in after the wolf attacks the rabbit. He tries to shoot at Beta, but the bullet didn't hit her. Afterwards, the hunter's partner runs away while Blue rushes towards the former and kills him.[1] It's unknown whether his partner survived or was also killed by Blue.[2]
