Josh[1] was a young Jurassic World employee in charge of the Gyrosphere ride. He let Zach and Gray Mitchell board Gyrosphere 07 before receiving a phone call telling him to close the ride. He then had the unenviable task of informing the other visitors waiting in line that the attraction was closed. As they yelled angrily at him, Josh complained that he "just worked here."
Personality and traits[]
He seemed exceedingly bored with his job and extremely inattentive. He didn't seem used to dealing with angry crowds. When the visitors became irate with him when he told them the ride was closed, Josh was forced to consult an employee guidebook in an effort to figure out how to deal with the situation. Nevertheless, he seemed to grasp the seriousness of the situation and didn't handle it flippantly despite his earlier boredom.
Behind the Scenes[]
- His name isn't clear in the film although it sounds as though the woman on the phone calls him Josh. Aside from this, his name comes from LEGO Jurassic World.
- In one version of the Gyrosphere Valley sequence in LEGO Jurassic World, his name is given as Marty[1].
- In Jurassic World Evolution, we get a quote from Josh, saying "Enjoy the ride".
