Juan was the pilot of the plane (voice by Ian O'Donnell) you see at the start of the game, his co-pilot was Carlos. Juan rode towards Jurassic World in Isla Nublar. When the plane was attacked by Pteranodons, it crashed somewhere in the abandoned Jurassic World. Juan was a survivor and called out to Carlos who didn't respond and Sam. He seemed to be stuck under something but was devoured by a Tyrannosaurus rex.
