Jurassic Park is a four-issue comic book adaptation of the film, released by Topps running from June-August 1993 to coincide with the movie's release. Each issue came in two different versions: a regular version and a direct market collector's edition. The collector's editions came poly-bagged with a number of special edition Topps trading cards. There was also a special "Amberchrome" edition of Issue #1. All four issues were later collected into a single omnibus format that came with "Issue #0," a prequel comic featuring two original stories. They were later collected in Classic Jurassic Park Volume 1 (minus Issue #0 for unknown reasons, though it was collected in Classic Jurassic Park Volume 2).
