Magyarosaurus (meaning "Magyar lizard") is an extinct genus of dwarf titanosaur sauropod dinosaur that lived in Hațeg Island, Romania during the Late Cretaceous period. It is one of the smallest sauropod dinosaur that has ever lived.
Jurassic Park franchise[]
Magyarosaurus was featured in the Jurassic Park Institute now available to browse on Dinopedia. In its image, it is shown biting an unidentified small theropod, possibly Balaur. Although it may look like it’s trying to have it as food, but really it’s actually trying to defend itself from the small theropod.
