He was introduced as he asked her if the jeep they were on were close enough to the hyena pack and she told him their position was fine. He needed to be reminded once when her phone rang and he let it ring three times before he answered and learnt it was Doc Thorne calling. Makena helped Harding to head to twon to catch a flight to Costa Rica. He is definitely Eastern African as he answered the call saying 'Jambo' which sort of means 'hello' in English.[1]
