Here’s the quote: “we’ll be adding some of the new dinosaurs to accompany the US release of the film. Not saying how many, not saying which ones! Some of our favourites are in there, and some challenging ones too”
I feel if they had them all they’d say so.
I’d personally hope the absent dinosaur to be Indoraptor, because it was never on the islands, and it allows the Indominus to be special as the only hybrid in the game, but there’s a lot of hype around that one so idk. Then again the absent “dinosaurs” could mean Pteranodon and Mosasaurus
"Universal did a good job of briefing us about what they’re doing with the film. We’ve already announced the free Fallen Kingdom DLC, we’ll be adding some of the new dinosaurs to accompany the US release of the film (June 22nd). Not saying how many, not saying which ones! Some of our favourites are in there, and some challenging ones too."
Well, I actually get a feeling that if T. Rex dukes it out with Spinosaurus in this game, it will slightly increase the attention and recognition of the debate sparked by Jurassic Park III in 2001. But oh well.
Look, Corythosaurus I could probably give you based on all the evidence, but it's very difficult to say for certain that the dinosaur featured is Maiasaura. There are any number of hadrosaurs with similar heads it could be.
True, but we still don't know for sure. I'm willing to relent on Corythosaurus, even though I really shouldn't, but the other hadrosaur needs to be looked into in better detail before we try listing names.
Nick Rodgers, head animator of the game, officialy confirmed that the sauropods are Camarasaurus when he commented on an article listing the known JWE species at the time, one of which was Camarasaurus, saying that all of the classifications were "right".
Hmm... I have an idea. Why not ask Nick Rodgers about what the silhouetted hadrosaur, silhouetted stegosaur, and that hadrosaur that the Spinosaurus killed on Twitter. It's a great idea just like the Camarasaurus and Deinonychus confirmation.
Thing is, after the Deinonychus debacle and the Dilophosaurus debacle, Nick has officially stated he won’t confirm any more dinosaurs and that any questions must go to the PR people who may or may not confirm certain things
"We have egg mountain and an "unconfirmed hadrosaur" thats clearly a maiasaura down to the smallest of the details, as some of us have been discussing over at the official JWE discord. Theres literally no point in not adding this, nor the cory, as both are completely, and utterly, confirmed as going into the game."
Last time I checked in the Gallery section of both Kosmoceratos & Edmontosaurus as Skeletons in Lockwood Manor, There happens to be some kind of Tyrannosaur Skeleton along with them. That unknown Tyrannosaur Skeleton could probably be a Teratophoneus or something in that Display Slash Diorama room At Lockwood Manor.
1 When that tyrannosaur Skeleton's skull shows itself completely, we'll see what species it is. I still think it's a Teratophoneus. Oh, & as for Jane, I'm sticking with she's a Nanotyrannus. 2 That Ankylosaur Skeleton, It might be Edmontonia. If it was a Euoplocephalus, I would've seen a club on it's tail. Like Ankylosaurus.
Do NOT insult the Jurassic Park fanbase as you just did. That is extremely immature and unacceptable. JP fans do not "blindly accept every little thing", and you know it. Consider this your only warning - I expected better from you in regards to maturity.
I can see where most people come from with the head, but this animal doesn't have a thumb (the tiny, almost not there finger I can't remember if on it is on theropods this late may have been one, but this is not the claw) , the claw was on the first finger, why does everyone think it's a thumb when I can find no scientific source that calls it that?
