N911DN was the registration of a Bell UH-1H-BF Iroquois Helicopter used by Eli Mills' mercenaries. Using the callsign "Air One," the helicopter was tasked with retrieving the bone sample from the Indominus rex skeleton from the Mosasaurus lagoon after Marine One had sent the bone to the surface. In returning to pick up Jack, the helicopter was encountered by the T. rex.
Forced to take off, the mercs on board threw a rescue ladder to Jack. The Tyrannosaur grabbed the end of it as Jack climbed. After a struggle, the T. rex either released it or it broke, allowing the aircraft to leave unmolested. However, as they flew over the lagoon, the Mosasaurus jumped out of the water and ate Jack off of the ladder. The helicopter flew on to deliver the bone to Mills and Dr. Henry Wu.
