Mr. Nicholas was an InGen board room member that polled and hesitantly ruled in favor of InGen Corporate Resolution 213C, which was the removal of John Hammond as head of the board from The Lost World: Jurassic Park board room cutscene.
He was one of the InGen board members in a meeting discussing Cathy Bowman's Incident, after she had been attacked, by a pack of Compsognathus.
