The One-Eye Allosaurus was an Allosaurus who was thought to have killed the Nublar Six member Brooklynn in the sequel series of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous Jurassic World: Chaos Theory. It attacked a family of Nasutoceratops in Big Rock National Park, as well as appearing in Jurassic World: Dominion there it wreaked havoc in the city of Malta with other dinosaurs side by side of the events in Jurassic World: Chaos Theory’s third season. Its most distinguishable feature is that it is blind in its right eye.
Its fate after Jurassic World: Dominion is so far unknown.
Background[]
Not much is known about this Allosaurus’s background except it was most likely present on Isla Nublar during the time before and after the 2015 disaster until the eruption of the island’s volcano Mount Sibo. From there it was taken off the after it got caught by the saving expedition send by Benjamin Lockwood and Eli Mills and was brought to the mainland to be sold at the illegal auction at Lockwood Manor. The dinosaur later managed to escape with the other species of dinosaurs during the dinosaur outbreak caused by Maisie Lockwood.
History[]
Battle at Big Rock[]
We can see the Allosaurus approaching an adult female Nasutoceratops and a baby Nasutoceratops, alerting the adult female Nasutoceratops. The Allosaurus attacks the baby first trying to kill it but before she can, an adult male Nasutoceratops charges at the Allosaurus and the Nasutoceratops family gets away, the family thinking they are safe until the baby boy starts crying, alerting the Allosaurus, which breaks into the RV and tries to eat the family. Right as she’s about to do so, the little girl shoots the Allosaurus with a crossbow, scaring it off.
Dinosaur Territory: Proceed With Caution[]
Shortly after the Battle of Big Rock, the event was reported by Rebecca Ryan, who added that the Allosaurus was being tracked down by authorities. It later returned to the same area where it totaled the news van, trapped Rebecca in the hollow under a tree, and stepped on her phone. It is unknown if the Allosaurus eventually ate her or not.
Jurassic World: Chaos Theory[]
Season 1[]
A DPW truckdriver named Mateo one night brought the Allosaurus to a spot in the woods there it would be picked up by another truck as he had done several other times in order to gain more cash for his daughters schooling. This time on the other hand was a trick which Mateo understand as the other truck never arrived and that the Allosaurus wasn't sedated like the other times. The third thing that made it clear it was a trap was that the lock on the trucks container opened by itself and let the dinosaur out. Mateo hurried to take cover as the dinosaur started to search the surroundings and almost found Mateo's hiding place until something else caught the predators attention. The sound the Allosaurus heard was Brooklynn who tried to contact her friend Darius as she wanted to show him the dinosaur trade. Brooklynn turned around and spotted the predator and started to run for her life with the dinosaur after her. Mateo saw Brooklynn being chased by the dinosaur, but was unable to do anything.
After Brooklynn's supposed death caused by the Allosaurus, it was the main target for the ex-camper Darius Bowman to catch as he blamed himself for what had happened to one of his friends despite quitting his work at DPW as a result of it.
During his encounter with his former boss Ronnie and her partner Mike after helping them calm down a Pachyrhinosaurus they frighten in the forest Darius and the others was attacked by the Allosaurus who started a fight with the armored herbivore while Darius and the others took cover. Darius recognized the predator's blind right eye, becoming terrified as it reminded him about Brooklynn's fate which he thought the Allosaurus was responsible for.
As the Pachyrhinosaurus manages to handle the Allosaurus without problem, the predator turned its attention towards Ronnie instead as she was a much easier prey. As the predator started to chase Ronnie, Darius manages to grab a stun gun and pointed it towards the Allosaurus, who itself prepared to attack when suddenly the Pachyrhinosaurus attacked the carnivore anew. The Allosaurus then manages to escape into the forest. Darius aimed his stun gun in a try to stop it from getting away, but it was too late and the Allosaurus disappeared in between the trees. Darius tried to catch up with the dinosaur in his car, but it manages to flee much to Darius' frustration.
The Allosaurus was later caught off screen and brought to a port in Louisiana to be loaded on a cargo ship. As the Nublar Six searched through the warehouse there all the dinosaurs was being held before they were loaded on the ship Darius finds the Allosaurus in its container. Darius remembers Brooklynn's scream when he sees the predator's blind eye feeling great anger over Brooklynn's fate. Sammy asks if it is the same Allosaurus that killed Brooklynn and Darius answers yes.
When several dinosaurs manage to break out of their containers and started to wreak havoc in the paddock against the workers, The Nular Six was still threatened by the band of Atrociraptors and their handler who had followed them through the whole season. When the Tyrannosaurus rex Big Eatie is accidently released from her container, all the other freed dinosaurs except the Atrociraptor escapes. Darius sees how his friends and Mateo who has joined them being cornered by a couple of the raptors and how the third raptor is keeping Big Eatie busy and understand that the raptors need a distraction. Darius hears the Allosaurus roar inside the warehouse and uses a cattle prod to get the carnivore's attention after he lets it out of its container. Darius then leads the Allosaurus out on the dock, much to the shock of his friends as he makes it attack the raptor who attacks Big Eatie, making the raptor call for its packmates who comes to help leaving the humans to take cover. The Allosaurus gets into a fight with both the raptors and Big Eatie. Both the raptor pack and the Allosaurus are defeated by Big Eatie, who picked up the Allosaurus with her jaws and slammed it onto the ground, forcing it to run off as she roars in victory before leaving the docks.
The Allosaurus remained behind until Big Eatie had left and entered the dock again. There she noticed a dinosaur smuggler named Jensen trying to reach his boss via a phone call and snuck up behind him. Jensen noticed the predator in the reflect on his phone, turned around and tried to escape in panic but was devoured by the Allosaurus who left the dock after.
Season 2[]
It is revealed during this season that Brooklynn never was killed and that it was not the Allosaurus who bite off her left-hand. What Mateo never saw was that the Allosaurus stopped chasing Brooklynn not long after Mateo no longer could see what was happening when the Allosaurus stopped when it heard something whistle which turned out to be The Handler and her three Atrociraptor, Ghost, Panthera, and Tiger, who surrounded Brooklynn. As The Handler gave the raptors the signal to attack, the Allosaurus interfered and grabbed Tiger by the tail. While the Allosaurus was being busy with Tiger and Panthera, Brooklynn tried to escape, but ran into Ghost who bit off her arm.
Malta Skirmish[]
The Allosaurus is first seen in footage of the Big Rock Incident, on a NowThis Report. This sighting was also available on the now deactivated website Dinotracker.com.
Somehow following the closure of the DPW Warehouse, the Allosaurus was later captured again by dinosaur smugglers and brought the Amber Clave Night Market in Malta. When Rainn Delacourt attempts to escape pursuit from Owen Grady, he releases the Allosaurus alongside a Carnotaurus with a broken horn. The two theropods wreak havoc inside the market, eating several buyers, until they eventually find their way out, where they terrorize locals in a plaza. In the chaos several other dinosaurs manages to escape and wreaks havoc in the city. This Allosaurus also eats 'Scooter Guy'.
When The Nublar Six members Darius, Ben, and Yasmina along with the journalist Davi were almost attacked by a Ceratosaurus, the Allosaurus unwittingly saved the group by grabbing the smaller theropod's neck in its jaws. As Darius sees the Allosaurs blind right-eye he realizes that it was the same Allosaurus that he thought killed Brooklynn. However, he no longer holds the grudge against it as he had found out that Brooklynn had survived the attack, and continues his pursuit to find out were Soyona Santos and Brooklynn headed.
The group spotted the Allosaurus one last time in the streets of Valletta as it attacked another civilian who escaped his truck who had been pulled over. Ben started to run over in order to save the man, but was stopped by Yasmina as she realized Ben only would risk losing his own life by trying to save the man and the group watched helplessly as the Allosaurus devoured the man.
Following this incident, the Allosaurus's fate remains unknown as the it was not seen with the other dinosaurs that was lured into the catacombs by Darius and Yasmina, but it is probably captured unseen and later sent to the Biosyn valley.
