Phil

Phil was a pink-shirted Jurassic Park employee working at the Brachiosaurus fence gate. He was irate that the workers hadn't installed, as he termed it, "the gears and whatnots." In truth, he admitted, he was fine with the gate never opening because carnivores were on the other side.
