Pierce is an adult male Kentrosaurus that was created by Mantah Corp, and was raised from young by Dr. Mae Turner in Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous.
History[]
Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous[]
Pre-2016[]
A Kentrosaurus was cloned some time during or before 2016 on a secret island owned by Mantah Corp by Dr. Mae Turner, a paleo-neurobiologist that named the stegosaur "Pierce". Mae raised Pierce and kept him within a desert biodome, alongside a Smilodon. There she studied his brain reactions and found a way to somewhat communicate with him via replaying Pierce's own sounds back at him once she could understand what they meant on a basic level.
Rude Awakening[]
One day in the summer of 2016, Kash D. Langford ordered Pierce to be moved into their arctic biome to monitor how long can he survive. In the middle of the test, Mae and the camper stumbled upon Pierce on their way to the plan to get off the island, and decided to help Mae move him back to the desert biome where he belongs in order move him they’re gonna need both snow gliders and metal cots. The plan begins to work until the BRAD monitoring Pierce attacks the vehicles in order to stop their interference with the test. The confrontation ends with Yasmina Fadoula kicking the robot into a frozen lake they had been forced to drive over, allowing the group to move Pierce to the tunnels to warm in between the domes.
The Long Game[]
With the immediate danger over, Mae and the kids moved Pierce back into the desert biome, where Mae revealed and demonstrated her ability to communicate with the dinosaur on a basic level and allowed Darius to attempt this, although Pierce wasn't as appreciative towards them as he was to Mae's attempts. Giving that he trust Mae more. Mae gives Darius the tablet to communicate with Pierce and give him his food, while she over and talks to Kash. As Sammy argues with everyone on confronting Kash, Pierce gets more agitated over the conflict and yelling.
Mission Critical[]
The following day, Kash forced Pierce into another test, this time for him to fight Big Eatie. While the pair was unwilling to fight initially, the drones forcing them closer together with electric shocks eventually forced them into it. They begin with Big Eatie trying to bite and Pierce swings his tail and hitting her in the face. As Darius tries to figure out it works, Darius sees Pierce hit Big Eatie and Big Eatie knocking Pierce down. Darius figures out how the system works and the drones. He accidentally brings the drones in and the dinosaurs, before he raises his left arm and removes the drones surrounding Big Eatie. Then he gets the drones between and move them away from each other. But a BRAD appears, causing Darius to leave the system and the drones continuing the and resume Big Eatie and Pierce’s fight. As Pierce and Big Eatie resume with Pierce swinging his tail at Big Eatie, Darius decides he needs to get the phone instead of stopping this fight.
Staying Alive[]
As the pair fought on, Pierce runs and ram into Big Eatie before she could bite down on him and he dodges her bites and they both roar at each other. Pierce and Big Eatie try to leave but the drones are still forcing them together. As Big Eatie tries to bite Pierce and misses, he retaliates by swinging his tail in her face. Then they both at each other. As Big Eatie tries to attack, Pierce is constantly swinging his tail in her face, then they begin circling and Pierce swings his tail hitting Big Eatie’s wound on her tail and breaking one of his tail spines within the her tail. Big Eatie roars in pain roars at Pierce. As Big Eatie tries to bite Pierce, but he dodges her attacks. The drones keep pushing Pierce into the fight. Pierce jumps and dodges Big Eatie. Big Eatie and Pierce roar at each other before Big Eatie grabs one of Pierce’s spike shoulders and starts him. Then she lets him go and stands up and roars in rage. Big Eatie rushes over to Pierce and bites his and throws him to the ground. As Big Eatie was about to finish off, but Darius manages to convince Kash to spare Pierce’s life. So he has the drones surround and push Big Eatie away from Pierce onto a platform and have two BRAD’s knock her out. Later, Pierce along with Big Eatie are taken to the Med bay to be treated.
Who's the Boss?[]
After Darius escaped from Kash, he snuck into the facility's main base and overheard Kash speaking with his boss about food supplies for the island's new Dilophosaurus running low, with the boss stating they will feed Pierce to the dinosaurs. With this knowledge, Darius hatched a plan to save Pierce, with Mae and Ben Pincus attempting to save him, only to be forced onto the feeding platform by an overwhelming amount of BRADs. As the feeding platform forced them into the biodome, they were quickly surrounded by Dilophosaurus, only for more of the kids to arrive with a snow glider to chase them off. As the group began celebrating, they were surrounded again, this time by BRAD-Xs as Kash and the boss revealed the entire plot was a trap to catch the group.
