Scorpios rex was added to the game on Update 2.8. It has 3 variants (the only creature in any game to have a gen 3 variant), all Cunning Fierce hybrids.
Scorpios rex (Gen 1) is a Legendary superhybrid, and is a fusion of Purutaurus and Monolophosaurus.
Scorpios rex Gen 2 is an Epic hybrid, and is fused of Carnotaurus and Monolophosaurus (Gen 2).
Scorpios rex Gen 3 is a Unique superhybrid, and is fused of Scorpios rex (Gen 2) and Gorgosaurus.
The game info refers to it as “she”.

The Scorpios rex was added in an update to Jurassic World the Game as a legendary hybrid carnivore. It can be created by fusing a level 40 Albertosaurus with a level 40 Deinonychus.
A Gen 2 variant was added on September 30th 2024. This variant can be created by fusing a level 40 Irritator with a level 40 Giganotosaurus (both Gen 2).
