Stef was a worker in the Jurassic Park Control Room in Jurassic Park. Their name is seen on the Control Room computers during the inspection tour that led to the Isla Nublar Incident. They are known to have asked Dennis Nedry to check the external hard drive on Station 3. This can be seen on a yellow Post-it note stuck to the side of one of Nedry's computers which reads 'Dennis - Check the external hard drive on station 3 when you get a chance - Stef'.
History[]
Jurassic Park[]
In Jurassic Park, Stef's note is first seen stuck to Nedry's left-hand side computer when Nedry is seen in the Control Room for the first time, although the text on the note is not visible. Later on in the film, Nedry is talking to a crewman of the Anne B through his computer, and the same note can still be seen stuck to the side of the computer, this time, the writing visible. It reads 'Dennis - Check the external hard drive on station 3 when you get a chance - Stef'. On one of the control room computers, Stef's name is visible, proving that Stef is worker in the Control Room.
Information[]
Other than the fact that Stef is a worker at Jurassic Park, little to none information is known about Stef. Stef is most likely not Stef's real name, as it is more likely to be a nickname/abbreviation of their name. Stef's gender cannot be determined either, as Stef is a gender neutral name. For example, Stef could be short for Stephanie, and it could also be short for Stephan. With so many unanswered questions, Stef's identity will likely remain a mystery forever. It is also unknown what Station 3 is, which Stef asked Nedry to check the external hard drive on in the note they left.
