Synopsis[]
Brooklynn, Ben, Kenji and Yasmina work to uncover a secret and restore power to the park as Darius leads Mitch and Tiff straight into a T. rex trap.
Plot Summary[]
Sammy and Darius lead Mitch and Tiff to Main Street. Meanwhile, Kenji, Brooklynn, Yaz, and Ben try to use the tunnels to make it there first, but they're stymied by a locked gate. At Main Street, Mitch and Tiff turn on Darius and Sammy after being deceived, threatening them with taser staves to reveal the location of the watering hole. At the last moment, they drop a bookshelf on the hunters and run, taking their guns with them.
Brooklynn and co manage to find a door in the tunnel, which they unlock with her keycard. The passages down are cold, air conditioned, and eventually they reach a control room for a backup power facility. Darius and Sammy use the Brooklynn cutout to distract the hunters even as Kenji manages to restore power to the island. This inadvertently restores functionality to Mitch's tablet, allowing him to easily look up the location of the watering hole. However, while they look at the map, Rexy the T. rex arrives.
Everyone scatters, and eventually Rexy gets stuck between columns in a building, allowing Mitch to tase it and then flee — with their guns, and the knowledge of where the watering hole is. Worse, Rexy smells Sammy and Darius. Before it can eat them however, Brooklynn and co use the control center to activate a holographic copy of the T. rex, which distracts its long enough for Sammy and Darius to escape. Now in control of the island's speakers, Brooklynn and everyone else talk to Darius, eventually learning via their charades that the hunters are going to the watering hole.
