Movie canon[]
The comic IS part of the movie universe. This is not an opinion, this is irrefutable fact that can be backed up with factual evidence. I've got my issue right here and it clearly says all rights reserved by the holders of the people who hold the copyright to the property. That makes it canon. - I beg to differ. Just because they had the right of Universal to create a JP commic doesn't make it canon. Moreover, I have much difficulties with its story.
- The story is very childish, if this is canon it would really ruin the franchise.
- According to the topps comics raptors tell bedtime stories before sleep (!)
- Malcolm is ready to leave the hospital a few days after the incident (!)
- TLW shows that Sarah visited Malcolm in the Costa Rican hospital, we never see her in the comic.
- According to Raptor II Ian is held at a centamcom base hospital. According to TLW Sarah visited Ian to ferify the rumours about the dinosaurs. Would the army allow Sarah (as total stranger) to visited someone she doesn't know and has secret information?
- According to the later Topps comics there is a "green flame" from the Green Lantarn franchise (!) on Isla Nublar. Do we want Jurassic Park be part of that (stupid) superhero universe?
