The Hybrid Horror! is the third episode of the miniseries, LEGO Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar, after Stampede!. It premiered in television on September 28, 2019 and was followed by Pteranodon't!.
Plot[]
Owen moves into Dennis Nedry's old trailer and removes its contents, including old Jurassic Park memorabilia. Among the contents is a VHS tape that Nedry made; Sinjin and Danny believe it will lead them to the treasure. However, before Sinjin could retrieve the tape, Masrani decides to put the contents on display in a new exhibit about Jurassic Park. Danny volunteers to work with Claire on setting up the exhibit, hoping to obtain the tape. However, it is ultimately sealed in a secure glass case for the exhibit. Meanwhile. Dr. Wu creates a Tyrannosaurus/Ankylosaurus hybrid dinosaur as a new theme park attraction for Masrani. Because Masrani wanted the dinosaur to be ready later that day, Wu sped up the creature's physical growth. When the full-grown dinosaur escapes, Owen and Claire work together to contain it. Owen deduces that the dinosaur is simply scared, as she still had the mentality of a juvenile despite her full-grown body. Eager to utilize his security team, Vic proceeds with efforts to stop the dinosaur, but fails. Owen and Claire contain the dinosaur and relocate her to the island's northern sector, where other hybrid dinosaurs have been sent to live.

Trivia[]
- This episode takes place on June 13, 2012.
- Owen apparently taught the raptors to differentiate colors. It's unclear, however, if they're still able to do this in the movies.
- A Stegoceratops can be seen in the hybrids area, confirming that the species had already been created during the events of Jurassic World.
- Continuity :
- The purple starfish released by Owen in Episode 1 still roams freely in the lab.
- Dr. Wu appears to be right-handed, as he draws the hybrid with his right hand. However, in episode 11, he writes his equations with his left hand.
- This could either be a mistake or imply that he is ambidextrous. However, in the movie Jurassic Park, he holds his pencil in his left hand.
