"Nothing in Jurassic World is natural, we have always filled gaps in the genome with the DNA of other animals."
This page contains content about a currently unidentifiable species from the Jurassic Park franchise. Unless official sources confirm the identity of this species, the page will remain Unidentified Blue Theropod until further notice. |
The unidentified blue theropod was a species of theropod that only appeared in the seventh issue of the Topps Comics series Return to Jurassic Park.
Identity[]
The small size of this theropod suggests that it may be a Compsognathus. While Compsognathus are known to have existed on Isla Nublar after the incident, as they stowed away on ships from Isla Sorna, the blue color of this theropod does not match any other color pallet seen for the species in the franchise, making the theropod's identity unclear.
History[]
The blue theropod was one of many dinosaurs that InGen created and that became wild on Isla Nublar after the incident that occurred on the island.
When Derrick Hoyle and Abby Nakajima returned to the island after the incident in a helicopter piloted by army men Bieber and Shandy, one of these theropods watched the helicopter flying overhead.
