The unidentified Pachycephalosaur hybrid was a hybrid created by InGen using a Pachycephalosaurus, a cuttlefish, a tree frog, an unknown theropod (possibly an Acrocanthosaurus or Becklespinax) or Parasaurolophus based on the hump on its back, and an unknown number of other organisms.

This was one of the hybrids seen on the screen in the Hammond Creation Lab, alongside Stegoceratops and an unknown therizinosaur hybrid. It is unknown if it was ever been created.
