The Unidentified Pachycephalosaur Hybrid was a hybrid created by InGen using a Pachycephalosaurus, a cuttlefish, a tree frog, an unknown theropod (possibly a Acrocanthosaurus or Altispinax based on the hump on it's back), and an unknown number of other organisms.
Story
This was one of the hybrids seen on the screen in the Hammond Creation Lab, alongside Stegoceratops and an Unidentified Therizinosaur Hybrid. It is unknown if it was ever created.
