Vespersaurus is a genus of small theropod dinosaur from the Early to Late Cretaceous period, notable for its unique adaptation of walking primarily on a single, oversized middle toe on each foot. The dinosaur was discovered in the desert regions of what is now southern Brazil, where it coexisted with the pterosaur Caiuajara.
Footprints of the ichnogenus Farlowichnus are comparable to that of Vespersaurus. However, that was questioned in 2025.
