This park worker was a Jurassic World employee who worked at Camp Cretaceous. His outfit, a red shirt with the Jurassic World logo on it, suggests he was a counselor like Roxie and Dave.
Following the escape of the Indominus rex, he and another worker went to the camp to try and warn the kids, yelling at them to get down from the treehouse and come with them. However, the kids couldn't hear them because they were up so high. Ben Pincus in particular thought the men were angry with them.
The I. rex killed a Brachiosaurus and then crept out of the nearby jungle behind the two men. The worker turned and saw her, then tried to run, but was caught and eaten. His companion followed suit a moment later.
